The event is scheduled for September 27th-28th of 2008 and will have an entry cap of 300 drivers.
And in an effort to keep this event more inline with a Regional event for folks the entry fees are as follows:

Non Member $67(both days)/$37(Sat or Sun only)
Payment On-Site
SCCA Member $55(both days)/$35(Sat or Sun only)
Non Member $75(both days)/$45(Sat or Sun only)

Are people allowed to watch the event at the location?

On Sunday, August 3 will the hill climb be spectator friendly? Where should we locate? What will be the ideal time for viewing?

Yes, the Eagle’s Nest Hillclimb has spectator areas defined. They do charge for spectating, not sure how much.
