Directions - do not  use the main Carowinds entrance:
You get off of I-77 at SC exit 90.
Go west.
Go past Carowinds main entrance.
The next light you come to should be Catawba Tra.
Turn right there. There’s a sign for the Carowinds offices.
You’ll go through the guard gate and check in.
Follow the road around the back of the park and you’ll come out at the north end of the big parking lot.
