Recon run at Eagle’s Nest on-board with Willie Stock in his Diasio!
The 3rd annual Rock-n-Road Hillclimb at Eagle’s Nest will be July 31 - August 2. Registration is now open for this unique event!!
Workers - please register at MyAutoEvents as well. Just choose “Volunteer Woker” in the Category/Class drop-down. It’s the last one in the list.
Visit the Eagle’s Nest Hillclimb site more information!
We are limited to 50 cars/100 entries. We have to restrict paddock parking to a 25×25 foot area per competition car. Enclosed trailers that will fit in this 25 foot square will be allowed. Open trailers will continue to park in the future hotel site. Spaces will be assigned as you pre-register. Exception: Sponsors of the event. The paddock area is also the helicopter landing zone. Crew, worker and guest cars will have to park in designated parking areas. As parking for competitors, workers, officials, property owners and spectators is limited, please cooperate with all officials. Competitors and workers/officials will be provided CCR parking stickers at Friday registration to identify your vehicles so they will not be delayed entering Eagle’s Nest. An SCCA official will be posted at the gate to assist with entry Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Wrist bands or other methods of identification will be issued during Friday registration for drivers, crew and workers. The I D’s will prevent you from having to pay to gain entry to the event.

Learning Curve Racing – Learning Curve Racing is a new company founded by Steve Cooke (BMW and Skip Barber Driving Instructor, SAARC driver). LCR provides personal coaching services for drivers wanting to raise the level of their competitive driving skills. Steve feels that to improve you have to look at the car and driver as a system rather than separate components. Not all problems can be solved tuning the car or by just training the driver. Being able to do trackside tuning and setup changes to the car while offering detailed analysis and feedback to the driver, the best improvement can be realized in one and two day sessions. Steve will not be able to attend Wolf Ridge but will have flyers available at the event. rxracer@juno.com Steve Cooke (864) 320-4586 |

Registration for the Wolf Ridge Hillclimb is now open! Please visit MyAutoEvents to register.
The Wolf Ridge Hillclimb is the culmination of several years worth of hard work to bring a hillclimb back into the Western NC area. We feel that this event could potentially be greater than the famed Chimney Rock Hillclimb. The site is challenging yet fun and also safe.
The hillclimb is just under 2 miles in length, and has approximately 800 feet in elevation change from the starting area to the finish at the top of the mountain. The course has two large, wide sweeping turns nearing 180 degrees. Views from the top of the mountain are absolutely breath-taking, as can be seen in the photo galleries page.
The site is located only 5 minutes from a major highway, I-26 from Tennessee to North Carolina, has easy access to fuel (stanard 93 octane pump fuel.) And has lodging available only seconds away from the hillclimb site.
