Sunday afternoon thru Monday you’ll get to explore one of the South’s premier road courses. Run in conjunction with the Memorial Monster Road Race, you’ll also get to rub elbows with and pick the brains of some of the best road racers in the country!

It’s the Second Annual Wolf Ridge Hill Climb! North of Asheville, NC and just minutes off I-26 Wolf Ridge will challenge the most seasoned hill climbers and racers. It will take preparation, nerves of steel and a bit of luck to master this hill. You will get a chance to show off your driving skills as spectators have the chance to watch one of the most “on the edge” driving competitions in North America.

The 2008 Central Carolinas Region, Time Trial calendar will wave it’s first flag May 25, 2008 at Carolinas Motor Sports Park, Kershaw, SC.

As a new feature for 2008, CCR has brought aboard Continental Tire North America, as a series sponsor for the “CCR Triple Crown Time Trial Series”
The special features of this series, add to the SEDiv TT series in the following ways.
Any appropriately (per SCCA TT requirements) licensed driver is eligible.
All competing drivers will receive a special series hat.
There will be three (3) events in this sub series.
1. The “May Memorial Monster” TT May 25-26
2. The “Wolf Ridge Hill Climb” June 7-8
3. The “Rock ‘N Road Hillclimb” Aug 2-3
All three (3) events must be run to qualify for the end of series, special championship trophies.
Trophies will be awarded at each event as at a regular SEDiv TT event.
Competitors will have the potential to receive four (4) trophies if they run all three (3) events and place well enough in their class.
Points at other SEDiv TT events do no count for the Triple Crown points total. Points for this series are tabulated per the SCCA schedule.
Classes are the same as the SEDiv TT current offering for 2008.
Awards for the series will be given at the end of competition at the final event . Drivers that have to leave early will have an option to receive their trophy via mail.
Series trophy qualifying Drivers, that place first, second and third in class, will participate in a drawing for a set of Continental/General tires drawn for each level of placement. Three (3) sets of tires total will be awarded.
