2000 Solo 2 Nationals Update

CCR had 13 members attend the national championships in Topeka, KS. If I've left anyone out, please let me know!

Here is how they performed:

SSL Sandra Castro Porsche Boxster S Solo2: 13/15 with 120.081 from a 56.344 and 63.737. The leader ran 109.010 from a 51.279 and 57.731.
SS Robert Falkner Porsche Boxster S Solo2: Trophy! 2/53 with 107.008 from a 50.648 and 56.360. Rob was .242 behind the winner, who ran 106.766 from a 50.070 and 56.696. Great job Rob! It looks like the reign of the RX-7tt is over.
SS Robert Houser Porsche Boxster S Solo2: 37/53 with 111.046 from a 52.697 and 58.349.
AS GH Sharp Porsche Boxster Pro: 7/17 with 60.261, the winner had 59.617.
Solo2: 12/41 with 109.252 from a 51.805 and 57.447. The winner (in an S2000) ran 107.231 from a 50.732 and 56.499. Looks like the S2000 just might be a good auto-x car after all...
ASL Patti Frye Porsche Boxster Pro: 15/29 with 50.800 index in Ladies, the winner had 48.919 from STS.
Solo2: 5/10 with 114.142 from a 53.568 and 60.574. The leader ran 110.782 from a 52.010 and 58.772.
GS Brian Smith Acura Integra Type-R Solo2: Trophy! 4/46 with 113.810 from a 54.254 and 59.556. The winner had 112.948 from a 53.771 and 59.177.
HS Jason Minehart Honda Civic

Pro: 6/6 in CSP? with 63.038, the winner had 57.936.
Solo2: 14/25 with 119.356 from a 63.074 and 56.282.
HS Sean Minehart Honda Civic

Pro: 5/6 with 66.830
Solo2: 18/25 with 120.994 from a 64.099 and 56.895.
HS Heyward Wagner Honda Civic

Pro: First of six with 64.455, ProSolo champion in HS! Congratulations Heyward!
Solo2: 12/25 with 119.033 from a 62.833 and 56.170. The leader won with 116.017 from a 60.751 and 55.266.
HS Mitchell Wagner Honda Civic

Pro: 6/6 with 66.848
Solo2: 23/25 with 124.996 from a 67.941(2) and 57.509.

FSP Chris Petersen Super Wabbit

Solo2: 14/39 with 112.952 from a 53.620 and 59.283. Shades of 1999. Chris was 14th in '99 too.
FSP Geoff Zimmer Super Wabbit Solo2: Trophy! 10/39 with 112.292 from a 53.669 and 58.672. The leader had 109.260, from a 51.712 and 57.548. Geoff moved up two places from last year. FSP looks to have turned up a notch after the SP reorganization. It is interesting that DSP was won again by Steve Hoelscher with a time of 109.176, only .084 ahead of the FSP winner.
F125 Jake Perry Shifter Kart Solo2: 7/13 with 99.940 from a 47.718 and 52.222. The leader ran 95.406 from a 45.157 and 50.271. Shifter karts are fast. The winning F125 would have placed 5th in AM! Yikes.
